I am working with a medium sized organisation on their HR Business Partners development diagnostic to ensure that the intervention is right. I am also working with an HR Director in a medium sized organisation to develop her People Plan from the Business Plan. The structure and content are matched to the business priorities, rather than being a list of traditional HR-led activities such as recruitment and selection and performance management and reward.
